This is the most amazing taco shop that I've ever been to. Wait staff is wonderful and accommodating my husband needs very specific food. The order taker Lars on a name tag Stephanie on the receipt listened well and took care of us. If they aren't management they need as much responsibility as they would prefer or they should be training people, I don't often encounter people who handle food allergies and eccentricities with such flawless understanding. The food was so so good. My husband's rotisserie chicken taco could have had the juices drained a little more, but if that's my greatest criticism then holy cow.i may be from Tyler but I will absolutely be back.
Stopped in on a whim, and so glad I did. The food was great. If you ever wanted a place that said " Hey, could that be a taco?" Here is the place for you. My server was Niki, and she was very welcoming, helpful and even answered some questions I had about options. Will be coming back here again.

My boyfriend and I were super excited that they have one of these in Waco. The tacos are delicious and the margaritas are amazing! Love that they have yummy vegan/vegetarian options.
Always a great experience! Just gotta figure the app out for the employees if nothing else! Kat was very helpful in taking care of us but the app doesn’t let me order any customization on a taco and to redeem in person any rewards seems way too complicated
Our first time here and wow! Fresh food, great service, nice atmosphere vibe. The combo is the way to go for best price and side options. Price is very reasonable. I highly recommend the guac side for any combo. So good and great experience that I joined their rewards program (sounds good!). Their food is amazing!! Their tacos are not like regular Mexican food truck taco rather they came up with their own variations in taste. The have so many options from meats, veggies and fishes that you will easily find something that fits your tastes. I am not a big fan of tofu but their “Nashville hot tofu” was something I will get again !! We have tried several items out of which I would recommend Mexi Cali shrimp, sweet chile shrimp and Nashville hoy tofu. They serve the tacos in a taco holder tray which adds extra ease to handle it. Environment is good and they have plenty of parking spots.
